Pizza on the Grill

I was out with a few girlfriends recently and one of them talked about how fantastic grilling pizza is. Their kids love it and you can make it as light or as rich as you want. Here is a simple grill recipe for you to try. If you like making your own dough, you can find recipes for that online but this one just includes one ready made pie crust. Use whatever toppings you like!!!

Ingredients
-1 ready made pizza crust
-1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or block mozz cheese sliced to fill the pie middle)
-sliced tomatoes
-fresh basil

Directions
1.Preheat an outdoor grill for med high heat and lightly oil grate.
2.Roll out prepared pizza dough to a size that will fit your grill. Place on the grill for 5 minutes, or to desired doneness, and flip over. Now add the cheese, tomato, basil, and any other ingredients you like.
3.Cover the grill and allow to cook over med high heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until it is done to your desired tastes.

Enjoy!
