Card Ideas: One sketch...4 cards!

Card Ideas using TTT Thought Blocks!

Go to the TTT store (please link http://www.qbaroo.com/transparenttouchestags/ ) and scroll down the left side to THOUGHT BLOCKS. These cards are made with just one of the many types of Thought Blocks.

Autumn, baby, boy, girl, Christmas, dad, family, grandparents, Halloween, happiness, marriage, mom, ocean/beach, outdoors, summer, school and winter. Looking for one that’s not here? Talk to store owner and transparency designer, Monica, and she’ll design to suit.

For now, here are some small format cards, or as I like to call them “mini cards” and a sketch to get you going with these perfectly sized Thought Blocks. I found it best to use patterned paper as your card and bland cardstock behind the transparency to make your thought pop.

TTT Transparency Tip

TTT Transparency Tip
This is a two-for-one tip!

Recycle: After you cut apart your 8 x 11 transparencies save the scraps. You can use them to create custom made transparencies for your layout. Cut them into the desired shape, such as a leaf, and embellish as you choose. You can paint them, doodle on them, ink them, sew them…..there are so many possibilities.

Sewing: This leads me to my second tip: sewing on transparencies. It is so easy and really makes a statement. You can sew them onto your layouts instead of using glue dots!! You can also sew designs on them such as the veins of a leaf. It is much easier than you may think.
